I have tried to talk to anyone at *-***-***-****, for * days this week. i have tried several times before this. i have been on hold for *hours and ** minutes. I have called the corporate phone line and was told they are experencing higher than usual volume of calls. I have left a number to get a call back three times , with a call never being returned. I have a corporate refund from **-**-** at *:** pm. It was at the Mankato Minnesota store. The slip of receipt * is **************. I was told ** days on **-**-**. I called after ** days. I was told it could take up to * weeks. I have not heard anything. I have been a loyal customer since ****. i am shocked by the service I have gotten. So disappointed. Dana
