I have been trying several times to place an order on-line with Kohls.com. I have been on the phone with three different customer service reps from Kohls.com. Two out of three told me to contact my bank, because there's a problem with my CVV on my Discover card. I tried to explain to them that there is not a problem with my Discover card, because I have been using it and checked on-line to make sure. I want two shirts that are only on sale till tomorrow and I have been trying for two days to purchase them. If I can't order from Kohls.com, I won't be buying any more items from them.
GetHuman-suechamp did not yet indicate what Kohls.com should do to make this right.
