Good Morning, *I purchased a fitbit and paid with kohls gift cards, * visa gift card and the remaining on my debit card. I didn't like the fitbit so i returned it. Upon returning the product, the cashier at the return desk asked me to swipe my debit card to return the debit amount and gave me a store credit for the remaining amount. **I went to go use the store credit to make an online purchase when i noticed that the amount of the credit was incorrect and when looking at the receipt, there was **.** put back on the visa gift card. Well when i initially purchased the fitbit the cashier had kept all the gift cards because there was no balance on it and the employee at the return area and "manager" stated that there was nothing that could be done about issuing me back the **.** without the gift card. I proceeded to tell them the cashier didn't give it back to me, and all they could say was that there was nothing they can do. **So how is this right, i lose **.** because of their mistake. This to me appears to be a scam and someone now has my **.** on a gift card. **I didn't even care about it not being cash or back on a visa card. A store credit would have been fine but they refused. **This is absolutely not okay and now i'm out of **.** because of a Kohls' employee.
