I was charged twice for a payment and I am very upset that the money can not be returned to my checking account!!!!*What is wrong with you people?? I paid my balance in full so how can you take another payment of same amount??? I feel like closing the stupid account!! I needed the extra ***.** I was charged. I live on fixed income.
