I’m trying to place an order. It says I already entered my Kohl’s cash number. I have not used it yet. Ugh
GetHuman-joannecz did not yet indicate what Kohls.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-joannecz fixed the problem
When I looked at “my shopping cart” I noticed that the $** Kohl’s cash was below the TOTAL box. It was greed out and had an “x” next to it. I clicked the “x” and then the $** was available to apply to my current order.
Please help with my Kohls.com issue
