I was trying for * hours to complete an order today over $***.**, after discounts. It would not let me checkout, kept throwing me back to the shopping cart. I was trying to use my promotion as well as gain Kohl’s cash. Very disappointing when you have to try *** times and it won’t work. (After carefully picking items to buy). Live chat was not available and of course once it hit **pm the promo ended and wow, my order could go right through. I’m not about to pay full price now and not earn Kohl’s cash. Just can’t figure out why online would be so difficult to use. Very frustrated and was very excited to go pick up my new items tomorrow. However I did not put the order through. If it let me earlier I would have. Such a bummer there was such a clitch in the system. Makes me not want to shop at Kohl’s. And I love their holiday decor. But very dissatisfied!
