Why on earth do require customers have separate log on usernames and passwords for online ordering and paying credit cards. I am locked out of my account because I stupidly put in my online info to pay my credit card. I tried the online chat to have it reset and of course they are no help. I forgot how much I HATE trying to resolve any issues with Kohls reps because I'm FORCED to freaking call your *** * which I WON'T do! And now you FORCE me to put in my email address to tell I'm quite sure that I need to call the ****. I don't use Kohls very often because of these issues. I find I can find most things Meijers which by the way is in the same lot with Kohls or order from Amazon
