In mid May, I received a warning from IDS, my credit and identity protection. It was Kohls which turned in a non-payment to the credit monitoring agencies. I immediately called and found we where two months delinquent for $*.** in April and $** in March. Only problem is we never received the bills. Kohls dropped the late charges and interest and we promptly paid the balance. I have now registered online to receive billing. Hopefully, this will prevent future problems. I never received any kind of late notice before it was reported. If it wasn't for IDS, we would have ever known. Now our ongoing problem. My credit rating fell from *** to ***. I have maintained over *** for the last ** years. My car insurance has increased due to my new credit rating. I'm being penalized for $** late payment and was never notified by email, text, or phone concerning this issue. Hopefully, you can understand my request. Please correct by withdrawing the late payment with Experion, Equifax and Transunion. Thank you, Courtney Perkins
