The issue in GetHuman-anncbarn's own words
I placed an order on April ** (**********) *I’ve only shopped a handful of times at Kohls and am not ***% knowledgeable on your policies. **On this order I used a $** reward. Only reason I even placed the order and used a reward is because I needed to get a smaller size on the shoes for my daughter on order I had previously placed. I figured using the $** reward discount would “cover the shipping charges”. **Today (********) I returned what I wasn’t keeping from previous order and the Kohl’s cash I redeemed was subtracted from my total. **Had I known this would happen I would’ve never placed the order on April **th. I would’ve come to store and done an even exchange or call customer service to exchange for me so I wouldn’t of had to pay shipping charges and I would’ve had a full refund on the shoes I just returned. **I’m asking as a one time courtesy of the shipping charges could be waived for the order placed on the **th. ***Thank you kindly.
