The issue in GetHuman-vortizu's own words
I have a Maxton faucet in my bathroom since June ****. It was working as normal until a month ago. There was a water shutdown in my building, and when the water came back some of the faucets started showing low pressure and poor water stream, specially the Maxton which was only dripping water this time.*I called a plumber who checked all faucets and found debris in some of the filters which were cleaned and the water stream became normal. For the Maxton, the plumber followed the indications in your web page about using nose pliers to remove the filter which he did, as well as the other two small parts. Filter was clean, which was strange, however the water stream continued to be quite low compared to the other faucets. It improved a bit but not as it was before. The plumber checked the water source for both cold and hot water, and verified they are working well.**The plumber thinks that some debris is stuck inside the faucet itself, and to be honest with you that is quite annoying, because it is the only faucet which is still malfunctioning. I paid around $*** for this faucet and now I feel it was a waste of money because if it cannot be fixed, I will have to replace it with the involved labor costs associated to that onus.**Please advise what else we can do.**VICTOR ORTIZ
