On ******* I contacted customer service about an issue with * faucets in my home, we discussed the issues and was given an order number and told the parts for the repair would be shipped in approx. * weeks. to date I have called * times and have been told the parts were still not in stock but I would put to the top of the list for when they came in. I requested a more definitive answer since a company of your standing surely had someone who knew when these parts would be available. I was told that my request would be past along and I should receive an email.Today ******* still NOTHING. Please let me know when to expect them or what other solution you may have. order number ********. Please respond in a timely fashion and get this problem resolved. Yours Peter Thompson.
