I have learned that there is a preference in your store against Trump supporters shopping, which is disheartening as there are many Trump supporters who are not radical or malicious. Personally, I voted for Trump based on his beliefs in freedom of religion, freedom of speech, protection of unborn life, job creation, maintaining peace, and his other accomplishments. Furthermore, my vote was particularly against socialism/communism. As patriotic citizens concerned about the direction the country may take under Biden's leadership, we find socialism unacceptable. Consequently, if shoppers who support freedom for fellow citizens are not welcome in your store, I will respect that decision. You can count me out as a customer, and I believe many others share this sentiment.

Please forward this email to the appropriate department. As a long-time Kohl's customer, I have decided to discontinue shopping at your stores or purchasing from your company. I am disappointed by your recent decision to remove Mike Lindell and the My Pillow company from your stores. It appears that this move was politically motivated, and I prefer to support companies that prioritize product quality and customer feedback over personal beliefs. Unfortunately, your actions have shown me that you prioritize current cultural trends over providing top-notch products. Kindly remove me from your mailing list and cease any future communication. After learning about the removal of Mike Lyndell's products from your store due to his exercise of free speech, I have decided to cease shopping at your establishment. The corporate choices made indicate alignment with those suppressing differing opinions, particularly concerning the socialist party in the United States. The claim of poor sales for his products is contradicted by the timing of the decision. It is troubling that there seems to be selective enforcement of constitutional rights against a specific group. This bias is evident in the lack of censorship towards Black Lives Matter or Anti-Fa, which does not support free expression. As a result, I will no longer be a customer of yours.

It's disappointing and makes me reconsider shopping at Kohl's given the controversy. Online retailers like Amazon now offer alternative shopping options, such as buying "My Pillow," which adds to the frustration. The store used to be a go-to for holiday and back-to-school shopping, but now it might lose loyal customers due to this misstep.

I have been mostly homebound in Logansport, IN for the past several months. The nearest Kohl's store is either in Lafayette, IN or Kokomo, IN, which are not easily accessible to me, especially because I am handicapped and walking is a challenge. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the areas where I could sit and rest while shopping have been removed, making it even harder for me to visit the store I love. I have attempted to shop online, but I am frustrated by the shipping charges. It is difficult for me to meet the $75 minimum for free shipping, which was not an issue when I was a special cardholder and received free shipping on mail orders. Despite being a loyal customer, I have not received any coupons for free shipping as I was told in the past. I appreciate the quality of merchandise at Kohl's compared to Walmart in Logansport, which is my only other shopping option. I kindly request your assistance in making shopping more accessible and affordable for customers like me who are facing challenges during this time.

To Whom It May Concern, I am disappointed to learn that Kohl's has removed Mike Lindell's My Pillow products from their store. It has greatly upset me as shopping there with my mom holds special memories. I am a proud American with strong beliefs in free trade, capitalism, the American Dream, free speech, and the United States Constitution. Mike Lindell's efforts to address bipartisan issues like voter fraud are commendable. Ensuring free and fair elections should be a priority for all Americans regardless of political affiliation. I respect your decision, but I personally cannot support Kohl's anymore unless there is a public apology to Mr. Lindell and a reversal on this action. I purchased a purple Amazon Fire on January 2, [redacted] from Kohl's (Order #[redacted]) using my Kohl's charge card. I then realized that I needed a different color (blue) for my granddaughter's birthday gift. When I tried to return the purple Amazon Fire to Kohl's, I was informed about the 30-day return policy. The Kohl's representative suggested contacting Amazon for the return. However, Amazon mentioned they couldn't assist as the purchase was made through Kohl's. I'm unsure where to go from here as there is no Kohl's store in my town, and I purposely chose Kohl's over Amazon. I'm now reconsidering my choice due to the return policy. Your guidance on this matter would be appreciated.

In January [redacted], KOHL's invited me to participate in a survey, which I completed. Afterward, I was prompted to select a complimentary gift from a list and I chose a 'DASHCAM,' advertised as free but required a $6.95 shipping fee, to which I agreed. I later found two charges on my credit card statement - one for $6.95 from KOHL's and another for $79.99 from "SHOPPINGCENTRALXL.COM." Upon contacting them, I was informed that the camera was not actually free but on a 15-day trial basis, and because I did not return it, I was charged the full price. This crucial detail was not disclosed to me during the order or upon receiving the camera. I am currently disputing this issue with them, but I believe KOHL's should be made aware of this deceptive practice.

I am writing to express my concerns about your company discontinuing My Pillow products. I believe in the principles of freedom in America. I am disappointed in the cancel culture that seems to be present within your organization. As a consumer, it is disheartening to feel pressured to make decisions based on censorship. I have been a loyal Kohl's customer for more than 10 years and my recent experience on 03/27/21 at around 11:30am to 12pm was disappointing. I ordered towels online from the Kohl's website for Drive-Up pick-up in Horseheads. I left my phone with my husband for the order pickup and went into the store to return some slippers bought online earlier. While at the customer service desk, I inquired about using $2 Kohl's cash on my morning order. Despite having an electronic receipt on my phone and offering to show my Kohl’s charge card, the female customer service rep insisted on a paper receipt. This was a new and frustrating experience for me. She even issued store credits to other customers without receipts, making me feel mistreated. Eventually, I gave up on the $2 credit and handed over my Kohl’s cash, feeling upset by the encounter. I question if a paper receipt is truly necessary when electronic receipts and a Kohl's account are available, and I recommend additional training for the staff involved in handling such situations.

I have been a regular shopper at your store, Nordahl Marketplace in San Marcos, CA, for a year now and have enjoyed mask-free shopping during the pandemic. The employees are always friendly and have never asked me to wear a mask. Despite having a doctor's exemption due to a disability, my recent visit ended with an employee insisting I wear a mask, even though there were no other customers around. I tried to explain my situation, but the employee was unyielding, stating they enforce their own rules. Feeling discriminated against, I completed my returns and left. If the store continues to require masks for disabled customers against CDC guidelines, I will choose to shop elsewhere like at TJ Maxx, where I did not face similar issues.

I have been living next door to Emily J. Streck for 40 years and am also a Kohl's account holder. I am helping her address an issue with her Kohl's charge account. Emily sent her payment check for last month's bill on July 1st or 2nd, Check #[redacted], but for some reason, Kohl's did not post the payment until July 30th and charged a late fee. I kindly request the late fee to be waived. Emily, who is 88 years old and hard of hearing, is meticulous about her finances and is never late with payments. This situation is causing her undue stress. I suspect a possible error in Kohl's bookkeeping, as all her other mail reaches its destination on time. I hope you can resolve this promptly. Thank you.

On May 28, [redacted], I purchased two lamps totaling $[redacted]. They were mistakenly sent back to Kohl's without my knowledge. Despite numerous attempts over two months to retrieve them, I have not been successful. I was assured each week that I would be refunded $[redacted] to my Kohl's card, but I have yet to receive any reimbursement. After speaking with a store manager about exchanging the credit for items, I was informed a check for $[redacted] would be sent to me. However, after contacting Kohl's corporate, they claim I have already been refunded. I am frustrated with the lack of resolution and just want the check I was promised. Additionally, I was told my account would be unlocked once I made a payment, but this has not happened. Please send me the $[redacted] check promptly, as I have been waiting patiently. Thank you.

I recently applied for a credit card and was approved, but did not receive my card number. I have a coupon for 35% off my purchase for applying and getting approved, but I need my charge card number to use it. I have tried calling customer service but the employees I spoke to did not understand my request. Online it mentioned I could place an order over the phone with customer service and apply my coupon using my charge account, but I am having trouble getting this resolved. The 35% coupon is only valid for 14 days, and my card will take 4-6 weeks to arrive. I am frustrated that I cannot use my discount due to not having my charge number. I am considering canceling my application and going elsewhere if I can't resolve this issue with an employee who understands me.

I browsed Kohls.com for two hours today during their 40% off sale. After placing my order, I realized it charged my husband's card, which hasn't been used in years. I quickly contacted Kohl's customer service to rectify the situation, and they canceled the order. I asked for it to be reordered on my card, email, and phone instead. Initially, they couldn't reapply the 40% discount, but after speaking with a supervisor, they were able to honor the discount. I received a text for confirmation, but I haven't received an email with the new order number yet. I'm unsure if the new order was successfully placed and would like assistance in verifying the order status and the total charge after the discount.

I recently ordered sheets in-store, but unfortunately, the wrong color was shipped to me. After contacting customer service, I was advised to reorder online for the correct color at the sale price and then call back for a price adjustment. I explained that I preferred to keep the wrongly shipped color due to the distance to the store and was willing to pay the sale price. However, when I called back, they refused to do the price adjustment. Due to poor English communication, there seems to be a misunderstanding. All I want is to receive the correct color sheets at the sale price without needing to drive an hour to return the wrong ones.

Due to illness, I was unable to use my $20 Kohl's Cash that expired on 10/31/21. I called [redacted] for assistance. After a one-hour call, the representative emailed me what turned out to be duplicate copies of two expired Kohl's Cash coupons. Upon calling again, I spoke to a gentleman who tried to apply the $20 Kohl's Cash to my current order, initially claiming it was valid for an additional 10 days after expiry. However, I had already attempted to use it without success. During our conversation, he seemed distracted by speaking with a colleague nearby. After nearly 50 minutes on the call, I had to disconnect without a resolution. My order remains unresolved to date. I kindly request assistance to either apply the $20 Kohl's Cash to my order or provide replacement Kohl's Cash. I believe having competent and professional staff who are proficient in English can prevent such issues in the future. Thank you for your help, Marie Janney.

Hello, my name is Darlene Lee. I visited the Kohl’s store in Stow, Ohio on October 30. I had $[redacted].00 in available credit but ended up spending $[redacted]. When I tried to pay half with my card, it didn't show up on the receipt. I attempted to run the card ten times without success. The cashier and I both noticed my credit on the screen, but they couldn't apply it to my bill. After calling for help, the manager voided the receipts with my card info and re-rang the items. Frustratingly, I had to pay in cash, which was unexpected. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I still have a -$[redacted].00 balance since that day. I received an incorrect item in my order. I wanted the Purple Ditsy Floral pajama set, but the item I got has a SKU# [redacted]99 for PURPLEFL. I received a refund quickly for the item but had to call to get the shipping charge refunded. The representative was polite, but it was hard to understand him. He asked many unnecessary questions. I believe that my information like name, address, phone number, and email should have been available from the order number for him to reference in writing.
