I placed an order online last night and used my Kohl's charge, my Yes * You rewards cards and a **% off coupon. This morning I realized that I had not received an email confirmation so I called the customer service number on the back of my Kohl's charge card. The representative that I spoke to could see what I had attempted to order and told me that my order did not go through because I had signed in as a guest. I asked her if she could just give me the order number so I could place the order (again) myself which she did. Before I hung up I wanted to be clear that I was going to place the order myself and the rep said that she had already placed the order. (I asked her for the order number so I could order it myself **) Anyway, as of right now, I still do not have an order confirmation.
