I went to Kohl's in Winston Salem to order on line a Disney **th Anniversary Junior Jacket XL. I was assisted by an employee & it showed no XL in any store. I ask this employee to check to see if any were in stores near by & there was one in the Greensboro Battleground store. I called to make sure it could be held & Lona said she would hold it for me. I said, it shows on line this jacket is $**.** til ********** & she said she would give me this discount when I come in. Once there I was told the **% off $**.** was on line only & I could not get it for $**.** sale price. I got the details on this **% off & it said **% off when you spend $*** or **% off in store or on line. There was a bar code *************** that could have been punched in or the promo code welcome but again I was told I had to pay $**.**. I did have a **% off but it should have come off $**.** price as advertised. How could I order on line if XL does not show up. That being said, I drove a round trip for * hours to get this jacket & could not get the sale price of $**.** minus my **% offer. I am not happy with this. If it wasn't for my granddaughter wanting this jacket I would not have wasted so much time on this. Once I left the store, I took the jacket out of the bag & the plastic safety clip was still attached & had not been removed. I parked the truck & went back in to get it removed. Can you imagine driving back home for * hour & finding this still attached. I feel like I should have gotten the sale price that was advertised It is approx. $*.** difference. I feel like Kohl's should stand by their advertising. Just a week before I went to get * Shopkin's dolls at $*.** using my **% off & was told at checked the dolls were not included for % off. I have been shopping with Kohl's for ** years & have never had this to happen before. I did do a survey Saturday & was asked if I wanted someone to call me & I said yes but no one has bothered to call me yet.
