They could make this right by making balance zero and taking off any negative reports to. Credit agencies.
I was a good customer for a long time. Charging then making my payment. Then when i had them calling me to collect. The payment never seem to be applied. So I tried paying inside the store. Then they took the service phone out in Paso Robles. No one could help me when I ask customer service. But now its back again , mailing me bils.
Seems like there is no customer service for kohls. Not anyone that wants to help anyway.
