I set up a payment to deduct $65 from my account on December 18th, but it didn't go through. I recently received a call about an outstanding balance and late fee, which surprised me as I always pay on time. This is especially disheartening as I am a single mother with a tight budget, and it's the day after Christmas. I am diligent about paying my bills promptly and have never encountered this issue before. Kindly waive the late fee, or I'll have to return my recent purchases and close my account.

I recently bought a Sonoma 2-piece knit set at Kohl's in Forsyth, IL. There is a minor error on my receipt. The item was supposed to be $15.99, originally priced at $40. The cashier mistakenly rang up two items instead of one, as it is a set. One of the items was listed as MISSY SLEEPWEAR #[redacted]48, and I only purchased one of these sets, while the other one was for men's sleepwear.

I encountered issues while trying to place an online Kohl's charge order. Subsequently, I discovered that the fraud department had frozen my account suspecting repetitive shoe orders. I was unaware of this until I received a letter in the mail. Upon contacting them to clarify and confirm no fraudulent activities, I was instructed to email specific documents and forms of identification, which I did promptly. I now seek confirmation on whether Kohl's fraud department has received the documents, successfully verified my identity, and if the freeze on my account can be lifted. Thank you. Regards, James R. I applied for a credit card at the end of December [redacted] or beginning of January [redacted]. I have not received my card yet, but I received a text message about having mail from Kohls at an address in Lebanon. I haven't picked up the mail as I don't have much contact with this person due to previous abusive situations and legal issues. I need to understand why my mail is going to an address in Lebanon, Missouri, which is not my address. I mentioned my address is in Brumley, MO when setting up the card. I've tried calling the provided number, but it requests my account number, which the person may have. This individual has harmed my credit score in the past and misused my personal details for financial activities. I urgently request someone to reach out to me, preferably via phone.

I recently made a $24 purchase using my Kohl’s charge, a company I have been a loyal customer of for years. Due to being in Mexico, I missed the payment deadline, an unintended oversight which I take responsibility for. Surprisingly, I was not informed of my late payment until Feb 24th when I received a call. I promptly settled the payment, only to later be told it had not gone through and that my account was sent to collections, resulting in a drop of 72 points in my credit score. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, including paying the due amount again and requesting the collection be removed from my credit report due to the confusion, Kohl’s has declined to do so. As a company that aims to support families, I humbly ask for your understanding and assistance in resolving this issue that is now hindering my ability to purchase my dream home. Please consider the impact of your decision over a small amount and a genuine mistake on my part, particularly since I did not receive any prior notification until after the incident had occurred.

I purchased one drape, but I would like to add another to my order as I have two windows. My order number is [redacted]. I have been unable to find a way to include the additional item to my order. Despite reaching out via live chat, the associate was unable to assist me. Today, I just opened a new charge with the company. In November, I ordered other items as a guest for gifts. I recently missed a payment, which is very unlike me as I strive to always pay on time. A few weeks ago, I attempted to pay off my account but may have neglected the final authorization step without realizing it. Since calls are recorded, I am hoping this can be verified. I only discovered the oversight when my credit score dropped by 46 points and saw that my payment was not reflected on my credit report. My credit history shows that I am 99 percent on time with my payments, and I take pride in my good credit rating. I returned a shower rack with the receipt and proof of payment via credit card. The staff refused to give me a cash refund. I find this customer service unacceptable. I witnessed another customer returning 7-10 clothing pieces without a receipt and receiving a cash refund. I used my credit card for the purchase and should receive a refund accordingly. Now, I have a $35 credit that I don't want. I will not be shopping there again due to this experience.

As a devoted Kohls shopper, I find it frustrating that the parking spaces are often allocated to online shoppers who get their purchases delivered to their cars. When I visit the store in person, I have to park far away from the entrance, which is difficult for me at 80 years old, especially in the rain. I prefer shopping in person so I can see the items myself. It would be nice if companies would prioritize those who visit the store physically. While I understand spaces for handicapped individuals, it seems unnecessary to have spots for "employee of the week/month," online shoppers, expectant mothers, veterans, and others while neglecting traditional in-store customers.

In September, I paid my full charges. I did not make any orders in October, maintaining a zero balance. However, in my current bill, my account was credited, charged again, and late fees were applied, resulting in an inaccurate total. I am requesting a correction of the bill, removal of the late fees, and any adjustments needed. Additionally, I would appreciate the correction of any negative reporting on my credit history and an apology for the inconvenience.

I recently made a purchase of two tablecloths and two sets of placemats from Kohl's. The order number is [redacted] with a total of $[redacted].45. I bought the Spode Christmas Tree Green Placemats (set of 2), one 70" round Spode Christmas Tree tablecloth, and another Spode Christmas Tree tablecloth in size 60x84. After applying my rewards and coupons, my total should have been $[redacted].00 with free shipping. However, I see on my sales receipt that I was charged $[redacted].45 with a deduction of $8.95 for shipping. Despite Kohl's emails confirming free shipping for orders over $75, I did not receive this benefit. I used my Kohl's card for the purchase and kindly request your assistance in correcting this error.

I had set up my payment on autopay. Recently, TransUnion informed me that Kohl's reported me as 30 days delinquent. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that many customers had complained about autopay malfunctions. Despite their acknowledgment, I was advised to ensure my bill was paid. I trusted Kohl's service to function correctly. Unfortunately, I received two $40 late fees, and Kohl's is attempting to damage my credit over a $[redacted] bill for a service that failed. My credit score decreased from over [redacted] to [redacted]. It is disappointing that Kohl's provided a faulty service and is now impacting customers' credit scores. Best, CM

It took me over half an hour just to locate a customer service phone number. When I finally reached out, the representative I spoke with was efficient, polite, and beneficial. I was extremely frustrated with your website. I selected "I did not receive my credit card," but the webpage that loaded removed the "not" and only provided information for received cards or accounts. I found your website to be extremely unfriendly and it gave me the impression that contacting a real person was not encouraged.

I contacted Kohl's in October regarding a missed payment due to a medical issue. They kindly reversed the late fee for October and assured me they would do the same for November because of the severity of my medical situation. However, upon checking my credit report, I noticed that October was reversed but November was not. I have maintained a good payment record for over five years, but with 35 radiation treatments to my head and neck, I sometimes struggle with confusion. I apologize for the oversight and kindly request that you adjust this error. Thank you.

I have had my Kohl's card on auto-pay for several years without any issues until last May. The credit department failed to process the auto-payment, resulting in a late report to all three credit bureaus. Despite our assurance that we did not cancel the auto-pay, we received generic responses denying our claim. This mistake has adversely impacted our credit score. We have since reinstated auto-pay but urge Kohl's to remove the late payment from our record. Our payment history reflects our commitment as long-standing customers without any previous late payments. We have tried to address this issue to no avail. Kohl's needs to acknowledge their error and rectify the situation promptly. Being loyal customers who have always paid on time, we expect Kohl's to resolve this matter fairly.
