Hello – would like to do a chat with Kodak in regards to: Reference * ******-*******For some reason, some of my email replies to you don’t seem to have been received as you keep replying with the same questions. Here are my answers again.*Are you using ** series Genuine KODAK Ink cartridges? YES**Does the label on the ink cartridge say " compatible with Kodak All In One printer" ? YES*What color is the word Kodak on your ink cartridge? RED*Are the ink cartridges refilled or appear damaged ? NO, THEY ARE BOTH BRAND NEW.*Have you reseated the ink cartridges into the printhead firmly ? YES, MANY TIMES*Was the printhead replaced in the last ** days? NO. IT’S NEVER BEEN REPLACED. I THINK PRINTER IS ABOUT ** YEARS OLD.*What happens when you try to scan ? SCANNING ISN’T WORKING EITHER.*NOTE: I ran two maintenance print tests (and sent a pic of it to Kodak * weeks ago.) The color bars at the bottom are: Blue, Yellow, Black. The black text shows up partially.
