I am having a problem with an order I placed for woman's incontinence products for my ** year old mother. I had a similar problem last month. This time they delivered half of my * packages with men's products and half with women's. I order * identical SKU's for women's Depend products. I have spent hours trying to solve this problem on hold and later on line twice. After holding over * hour yesterday, I was disconnected...this is very frustrating. Later I chatted with a representative and a link your rep sent me caused our chat to disconnect. I then had to spend an entire hour chatting with an online rep to try to get resolution. Today I got an email that requires something different than the rep said and wants to charge me money to ship back an order that your company messed up and I had to pay $**.** for shipping in the first place...**I just received an email for returning part of the order when I have explained that I would have to hire a worker to reseal the large packet and put it on the porch. I leave * hours away from my mom who cannot answer the door or lift anything. This is ridiculous. Then I get an email with an *** number that is not working or disconnected and an email that cannot be responded to...I am also on hold again as I type this but last evening - I was hung up on after an hour plus wait...**You shipped the wrong product (last month you only shipped half of my order and messed that up too.) You made a mistake and want me to pay for you to pick up your mistake and I will have to hire someone and send packing tape to reseal the box you miss-shipped. This is ridiculous and frustrating. **I would like a manager to respond to this email or call me at (***) ***-****. **Thank you for your time.

GetHuman-gtech_mo did not yet indicate what Kmart should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-gtech_mo fixed the problem
It is not really solved in that they have not been reachable by phone (as you experienced) and they sent a noreply email with a bad phone number...but I simply disputed it on my visa bill since I cannot seem to find any real solution.
