We bought * moonlite mobile phone projector stories. When we got home and opened them one of them had the contents missing. As we couldn’t get back to the store we rang the store number on the receipt, the person that answered said I can’t help you with that and transferred me to the support line that was put on hold and no one answered for more than ** minutes. We have the receipt and photos for any follow up. We just wanted to let the store know and when we can get back to the store to sort it out.
