I placed an order on ********. I forgot to redeem my reward points. I immediately called to cancel the order so I could reorder and use my points. They cancelled * items from my order but would not cancel all of the order. This made me pay for shipping which was **.**. I have been a kmart customer for many years. I have never been treated like this by any company I order from. I wasnt one minute between when I placed the order and when I called to cancel it. All I wanted to do was cancel so I could reorder and use my points. If this is the way this company treats their customers I will not be ordering anything else from them. It can be fixed by cancelling the order so I can reorder. If not then I will return the items and wont be ordering from this company again.
