Merry Christmas to my ** year old. Who I purchased a phone from Kmart * days before Christmas. Having * kids and no time between work and home duties, did not check the product and Christmas morning, when she open the packet that seems to be glued closed after receiving the box, with sheer excitement to find * quarter of a block of chocolate. An eraser a lighter and a packet of ****. My daughters devastated. My * horror to see NO PHONE and my kid crushed. With Kmart uncontactable for Christmas day and my extreme frustration, disappointment and devastation not to mention anger and many other emotions when I have no way to deal with this. Basically I brought a phone that was God knows how? Stolen from the packet and it's a box of random things but no phone. What can Kmart do to help fix this? Please get in contact with me asap.
