So I came to you store on December **nd. I bought * items. I used a member coupon, **$ off **$ purchase. When I left the counter. I looked at my receipt. I was charged for a item I didnt buy and also over charged for a item I did. So I take it all to customer service. The guy tried to help me. He tried to give me back less than he was supposed to. The item I didnt buy was * dollars and some change. The item i was over charged for was **.** and it was supposed to be *.**. So easy math says somewhere around * dollars. He wanted to give me *. No. The person in front of me had * items on her receipt that she didnt buy and they were the same item I had on mine. So we were concerned about why things are ringing up that no one has bought. The guy didnt seem a bit concerned and still wanted to give me *$. I said no. He said well I will have to give you the rest in points????? What? No. So I said he can just return all of it and give me my **$ back and I would go somewhere else. Which then he had to pass me off to someone eles. She did return all my money and I left the store. *I fell there was something very unsettling about the whole situation. *The store is in Grayling Michigan. *I would really like you to look into this matter. How many other people were charged for the same item they didnt buy?*Thanks *Rene Smith
