Hello, I placed an online order yesterday (Order **********), ******* for pickup at the Kmart in Belleville, NJ *****. I have to say I was quite disappointed that my order was not ready, despite receiving an email approximately *.* hours earlier saying that it was ready for pickup. I should note that the customer in front of me was having a similar issue. The customer service representative had to look for approximately ** minutes, checking with me twice to ensure what I ordered after showing my ID and order number. I figured if I received an email that my order was ready for pick up, it would be a fairly quick process (I understand that I would, of course, have to wait in the customer service line). I suspect my order (* items) was not picked off of the shelf when I had arrived. The customer service representatives were courteous, this issue does not seem to have been their fault. **So, today, I go to open one of the items that I ordered (artificial Christmas tree) and IT IS THE WRONG ONE! I figured that ordering online would ensure that it was the right item, since presumably when it is scanned, it is compared with the item number that is ordered online. The one I ordered was *Trim A Home* *' Pre-Lit Boulder Mountain Pine Christmas Tree with *** Clear Lights$**.** ssin: ***W************P**but the one I received was a multi-color light tree, instead of a clear lit tree. So now after all of this, I have to try to figure out how to return this tree. Unless there is a pick-up service available, it will be a massive inconvenience to have to go back to Kmart in person to return this, particularly at this time of the year, not to mention I guess I will have to reorder the same item (or possibly a slightly taller version) and hope that it is correct the second time around.
