I was placing an order online yesterday & it kept giving me problems saying place order failed after the circle thing spun for awhile when I tried to place my order. So I tried to use a different card & got the same message. Which also did the same thing. *I took snapshots that should show the date and time. All the stuff is still in my cart & would not allow me to complete me order. It also stated one price for the total shipping fee (which is ridiculous you were the only company charging a shipping fee with a total over $**) then when I tried to enter my payment in the fee & total amount changed. I tried calling the number to customer service but the call volume was very high. (Understandably due to it being Cyber Monday) However, I stayed on hold for so long that the phone hung up on me after ** minutes. At that time I was so frusterated I had to just wait to contact someone so I was not rude.
GetHuman1637028 did not yet indicate what Kmart should do to make this right.
