I have been purchasing games*toys for Christmas presents with my SYW account. Some of the items have been shipped in white envelopes with no padding at all! So, some of the gifts have crushed boxes and one recently had contents spilled out of box...these are Christmas presents for my grandchildren in which they don't even look brand new! I am so disappointed in the lack of caring for items being shipped!!! I just think maybe this should be checked into...thank you

So frustrating! Can't you make sure the packing department knows how to pack items correctly so they are not damaged...padding in envelopes would be nice! Thanks...
