I prefer using Kleenex Wet Wipes Sensitive with Aloe and Vitamin E for my hands and face. I am interested in knowing whether these wipes are entirely biodegradable. Are they made entirely of paper or do they contain any plastic components? Also, I am curious to understand the reason why it is advised not to flush them down the toilet. Is it due to their size or texture, or is it because they do not break down easily or have non-biodegradable materials in them?

I use the word "Kleenex" like "Hoover," regardless of the original meaning, using them as generic terms. I have purchased Kleenex from various places but recently found some that are even softer than my usual choice. I had previously assumed the original Kleenex tissues would be more expensive and less soft, but now I see I was missing out. I'm not asking for any freebies, just wanted to share my positive experience and that I'll be choosing Kleenex for my tissues from now on. Kind regards, Bea W. P.S. I prefer not to provide my email but it seems I have to for further communication, which I don't prefer.

I have been a loyal customer of your company for numerous years. I am writing to address a concern regarding the packaging of your Kleenex tissues. Whenever I open a box, I find myself having to pull out two or even three tissues at once, which is wasteful. It seems like a deliberate design flaw to increase sales, but it results in a lot of unnecessary waste. Over the past year, this issue has become more prevalent, with three tissues often being dispensed at once. Despite my efforts to retrieve only one tissue, I end up tearing the extras. This is frustrating and inconvenient. I urge you to address this problem to improve customer satisfaction and reduce waste. Sincerely, Joel N.
