Hello, I purchased a flight ticket for my niece traveling from Barcelona to TLV on December 20th. The reservation number is [redacted]06. Since Spain is currently classified as a red country for Covid-19, my niece is awaiting entry clearance from the Israeli consulate. I would like to know the options available if she is denied entry. Can I cancel the flight and receive a full refund? Is it possible to change the flight dates to another time, and would there be an additional fee for this? My friend Melanie C. and my son Christopher E. were supposed to join. Kiwi is working on a refund, but we've only received a voucher from LOT Polish airlines so far. We canceled in July and are still waiting for refunds for other cancelled flights. I am scheduled to travel on January 10, [redacted], from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, transiting via Barbados to the United Kingdom. Originally, I was set to depart from Barbados on the same date and arrive in the UK on the 11th of January. However, my flight has been rescheduled to depart from Barbados 24 hours later, which is causing me inconvenience as I need to be in the UK 21 days before my assessment. I am dissatisfied with this change and would like to request a re-schedule for an earlier date, preferably on Friday, the 8th. I have tried sending messages but have not received any replies, and my attempts to call have been unsuccessful.

I have been attempting to obtain a refund for a flight I had booked in March, but I have yet to receive it. The flight was from Cambodia to China, but I was unable to board due to China closing its borders to foreigners on March 25 because of COVID-19. I was assured I would receive a refund as it was not my fault that I couldn't board. It has now been 8 months, and I am still waiting for my refund. My booking number is [redacted]02.

I made a booking for a flight from Paris to Madrid on Kiwi.com for tomorrow, December 21 at 20:00. I finalized the payment on November 26 after booking on November 24. Unfortunately, I have not received any confirmation email or SMS, so I cannot access the flight details to check in or print my boarding pass. Despite having proof of payment, the booking does not appear in their system. I am unsure of what steps to take next as I need to travel tomorrow. Alongside the refund application, an expedited fee of 17.78 GBP was requested. Kiwi committed to the refund and indicated a 6-week timeline for the process. The extra fee was paid to expedite the refund timeline and avoid the 8-week waiting period suggested by your customer service. All follow-up attempts with the company were unsuccessful. I had a reservation to travel from Dallas, Texas to Mexico City with a layover in Cancun through Kiwi.com. However, my connection in Cancun was rescheduled to a different gate and terminal, requiring me to take a courtesy bus at the airport, which caused me to miss my flight. I had to purchase a new ticket to Mexico City. I believe the time needed to travel between terminals and clear customs was not accounted for. I need to cancel my flights to Agadir due to new COVID-19 restrictions in Morocco announced yesterday. The beaches, restaurants, and borders are likely closing, along with a curfew in place. The French website only shows a refund option of 10€, even though cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the flight. Can you assist me with this issue?

Hello, I recently booked a trip from Vienna to Marrakesh through kiwi.com for a family-related reason. My reservation, costing only 56 euros, involves a flight from Vienna International Airport to Milan Malpensa Airport, then a transfer to Bergamo Airport with a ten-hour layover before my flight to Marrakesh. Kiwi notified me that my flights from Vienna to Milan and back have been canceled due to issues with the airline, but my Milan to Marrakesh flights remain unaffected. Kiwi offered alternative, yet pricey, flight options which I cannot afford. The airline confirmed I could reschedule my flights for free if booked directly, but Kiwi manages my booking. After contacting Kiwi with no response, I am unsure how to proceed. I am in urgent need of assistance as I am unable to purchase the costly alternative tickets proposed. Any guidance on how to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My flight from Roatan, Honduras on January 3, [redacted], was canceled by Spirit Airlines. The airline has refunded Kiwi the ticket cost of $[redacted], which I assume includes their fee. I expect a full refund for the flight, not just a credit. I do not want to play games; withholding the refunded money is unfair. I am not interested in a credit.
