I recently purchased two flights on February 27, [redacted], through Kiwi, but I have not received a booking number. This has happened before in December, and a Kiwi representative mentioned that my email might have been changed in part of the system. Despite being able to log in, the booking does not appear in my Kiwi account. I simply want to receive the tickets I paid for. Please assist me at your earliest convenience. Hi, I wanted to share my experience with a recent flight booking through Kiwi for my parents' anniversary. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled without any prior notification, causing us inconvenience and unexpected expenses. We had to pay for an extra night at the resort and struggled to find alternative flights at a much higher cost than originally paid. I purchased a ticket from Kiwi.com for a flight from Lima to Pucallpa operated by Latam. I paid an additional €15 for a 23kg checked bag, which was confirmed on my e-ticket from Kiwi. Upon arrival in Lima, I was informed that my checked bag was not in the system, and I had to pay $30 USD for it again. I have evidence including the electronic ticket from Kiwi showing my checked bag, the receipt from the Lima airport for the additional payment, and a photo of the screen at the Latam counter in Lima displaying the status of my flight without my checked bag. I am requesting a refund of the $30 USD paid at the Lima Airport. Thank you. - Elena C.

I recently purchased a ticket to travel to Israel, with layovers in Glasgow and Bucharest before reaching Tel Aviv. During my layover in Bucharest, I was unexpectedly charged for my hand luggage for not booking priority. Concerned, on my return trip to Budapest from Tel Aviv, I proactively booked priority to avoid any issues. All seemed well until I had to wait at Budapest airport for six hours. I used the internet briefly to take a photo of my boarding pass. When asked to present it at check-in, I showed the photo as I couldn't reconnect to the internet due to their rules. Unfortunately, the staff didn't accept the photo, and I was charged again for my hand luggage, as I had paid for priority. I am lodging a complaint to request a refund of the additional charges incurred.

I purchased a ticket to Israel from Glasgow with a layover in Bucharest before heading to Tel Aviv. At Bucharest airport, I was unexpectedly charged for my hand luggage as I was told I needed to book priority in advance. To avoid this issue on my return flight from Tel Aviv to Budapest, I pre-booked priority and paid the fee. Everything seemed fine until I had a 6-hour layover in Budapest. When connecting to the internet briefly, I took a photo of my boarding pass. Later on, during check-in, I was asked for the boarding pass. Even though I showed them the photo, they did not accept it and charged me. Additionally, they charged me for my hand luggage again, stating it was because I had priority. I purchased a ticket with reservation No. [redacted]07 for Felipe Andres Espinosa Alvarez; they charged my credit card but I haven't received the ticket or invoice. The ticket is for the Paris - Medellin route. I have been waiting for the ticket for 3 days now, and your website was loading for over 6 hours. I attempted to book a flight for my wife, S.A. Woodman, on Flight FT101 from Cairo to Sharm El Sheik on February 18, [redacted]. Payment was deducted from my account, but there is no record of the booking on the website and I did not receive a flight ticket by email or phone as promised. I am scheduled to travel with my 80-year-old mother from Venice to Milan by bus and then from Milan to Fuerteventura. Unfortunately, my mother has fallen ill, and the trip is planned for March 10th. I am concerned she may be too weak to travel. I am not seeking a refund, only asking if it's possible to change the travel date. This trip means a lot to me as it's all my savings for a special memory with my mother. I was not aware of the change policies as this is only my second trip booked. On February 5th, I attempted to book a return flight from Ipoh to Kuching, but did not receive the e-ticket, causing distress as fellow tour group members were concerned. Following your suggestion to rebook on February 6th via GetHuman, I made another booking with reference number [redacted]9. Once more, the e-ticket was not sent, despite waiting since last Thursday, leading to increased desperation for an update. Urgently needing clarification on the situation, as my tour group progresses with their arrangements, I seek a resolution from Kiwi.com. The request to rebook was made through the GetHuman app, emphasizing the need for a prompt response.

Hello, my booking number is [redacted]59. I have a flight booked from Ipoh to Kuching via Johor Baru. However, the return flight from Kuching to Ipoh has been changed to go through Singapore Changi. Sarawak issued an alert stating that passengers arriving from Singapore must undergo a 14-day self-quarantine. I am concerned if Perak will implement a similar alert, as I would have to quarantine when I return to Ipoh from Singapore, which would impact my work. Is it possible to change my flight so that I return to Ipoh from Kuching via Johor Baru Senai International Airport instead of Changi?

I was mistakenly billed for a flight when printing my boarding pass at 2:05 for my 3:10 LAX to Barcelona flight. I tried to purchase three tickets this morning for Sheila Stewart, John Stewart, and Mari Watts on Spirit Airlines from Tampa, Florida to Nashville, Tennessee on March 14, [redacted], returning on March 17, [redacted]. I noticed a pending charge of $[redacted].00 on my credit card through Achieva Credit Union, but Spirit Airlines has no record of the booking. I am requesting the charge to be canceled. I attempted to resolve this over the phone but was unable to as there is no flight scheduled.

Hello, I am writing to address an issue we experienced with a recent booking through your service. We booked flights through your platform for a trip to Varanasi. Upon arrival at Mumbai airport for check-in, we encountered a problem with one of the tickets. The airline, SpiceJet, informed us that Andrea's booking had been canceled by your company, Kiwi. This unfortunate situation resulted in us missing our flight to Varanasi and consequently losing our prepaid hotel reservation. As a result, we were forced to cancel our return ticket as well. Hello, I hope you are well. I wanted to bring to your attention that the EasyJet flight I had booked through Kiwi, under flight number EZY8966 scheduled for the 18th of February [redacted], has been canceled. The reason provided was severe weather conditions leading to safety concerns. However, upon further investigation, it seems the adverse weather is only until the 16th. This cancellation poses a challenge as we have a connecting flight from London to Florida on the same day. We are now unsure how to proceed given the circumstances and if there are legitimate safety issues with the flight. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently purchased a flight on February 14th. Two days later, on the 16th, I received an email notifying me of a significant price increase. Can you explain why my flight wasn't secured when I originally paid for it? Now, I am being asked to pay almost double the amount. What guarantees can you provide that my booking will indeed be confirmed at this new price? Furthermore, I am concerned about the refund process. Given this situation, I am eager to know how long it will take to process a refund, as trust in your website has been compromised. Timely resolution is crucial as I rely on the refunded amount to rebook my flight.

Dear Sir or Madam, At the beginning of February [redacted], I booked a flight with you for [redacted].92 Euros. Additionally, I purchased two travel insurances, PLUS, and the Flexi-Tariff (for my companion and me) with you, in case of any unexpected events. On Tuesday, 10th February [redacted], due to the storm warning (Storm SABINE in Germany and Austria), I had to cancel the flight. According to the terms, I should have received the full refund. However, I only received a refund of 10.00 Euros in my bank account. There seems to be a misunderstanding. Recently flew from Incheon to Ha Noi, where the initial flight was delayed. Supposed to catch a 3:20 transfer to Chiang Mai, but faced issues with the E-ticket provided. Despite attempts to print it at various counters, we were unable to proceed due to the lack of a scan code. Disappointed to miss the connecting flight and feeling frustrated with the situation. Concerned about the boarding pass issues and lack of sufficient transfer time. I have booked a round-trip flight from South Korea (ICN) to YKS in Russia, with plans to depart on February 22. However, I recently learned that the Republic of Sakha's Minister has prohibited Asians from entering educational institutions due to the coronavirus outbreak. The administration in YaKutsk has confirmed this decision, preventing me from attending my educational institution in Russia. Consequently, I need to cancel my flight reservation and request a refund for the cost. Despite having purchased a saver ticket, Kiwi agency informed me that refunds are not possible due to the circumstances. This situation is beyond my control and was caused by the decision made by Yakutsk's administration. I hope to receive a refund as this is an unfortunate outcome that I did not anticipate.
