My first experience with Kiwi i was traveling to Isrrael from Madrid for work: The Shalom Game with all the brazilian soccer legends! **I got my ticket with your website and it was a * flights ticket with * different companies. **Madrid-Nantes-Tel Aviv**I took my first trip on time and made it to Nante. There I had a long long layover so I decided to get a hotel room. Uber to the hotel which was next to the airport was ** to go there and ** to go back to the airport. The only reason I was there was the layover to go to Isrrael. I went back to the airport * hour and a half before the boarding time and I was waiting on an email from you with more information about mi ticket and to check in online but never got any information from you. In the airport I dont speak French and French people were so rude. I spoke to them English and Spanish so I can check ik and they would anser in French and I had no idea what to do. **In the airport the staff from the second airline I purchased from you which was transavia I believe was so rude and not helpful. By the time I found someone who spoke English it was “late” according to them and they did not let me check in. **I only had a super little carry on that i dont needed to check in but they wanted me to check it in. **They said to Isrrael there was not carry on which was not true because my second ticket I had to buy to isrrael last minute I had no problem and i did not check in my small carry on and everybody on the flight had a carry on. **They were rude and I called your website but nobody was available in more than ** minutes and I was being charged. I did not receive any type of email from*you for check in with transavia neither from them*so I had to purchase a *** last minute ticket which was way out of my budget. **My other two colleagues bought their tickets with E dreams and had no problem.**I MISSED MY WORK WHICH WAS A PRIVATE INTERVIEW WITH RONALDINHO BRAZILIAN SOCCER PLAYER, I MISSED MY PAYMENT OF COURSE AND NOW IM ALMOST FIRED.***You should send more info on check in instructions with transavia because frnch airlines workers do not care about people at all. the transavia guy just wanted me to buy another ticket from him because he works for different airlines not only transavia and he forced me to do it.**Since i had no check in info from you I had to miss my flight and get a new one.**Please contact me back. I need a refund from the ticket I bought from you. Also if you should reimburse the ubers and hotel I had to pay there because of this ticket. Not to mention I was there just to take the transavia flight.***Also you should help me with the *** euros ticket I had to get last minute. Contact me *****@***.com
