Good morning, my name is Alberto Guillermo, I am the cardholder who purchased and paid for the electronic ticket for Mrs. Amaloa Dominguez's upcoming trip. The flight was rescheduled 24 hours later, causing her to miss the connecting flight to Roma/Linate. This situation has been a significant inconvenience for both the passenger and myself, as I need to pick her up and balance work responsibilities that involve calls and specific hours. It appears that these reschedulings have been ongoing for some time, and we received no notification until yesterday at 23:58, when they offered two alternatives for the connecting flight with additional fees. This practice is not only unfair but seems abusive. How can they demand more money for an issue that is out of our control? I kindly ask for appropriate compensation for all the trouble caused. Hello, I am Isabella Corsini. My reservation number is [redacted]4 for a Ryanair flight from BGY at 19:55 to TPS Trapani on August 1st, [redacted], with an 8kg carry-on and a 3kg personal item. The return flight from TPS Trapani on August 13th at 14:15 to MXP Milan, with the same baggage. My ticket was modified by either you or the two airlines without me requesting any changes, causing me to adjust my plans, which I find unreasonable. Also, the carry-on baggage no longer appears, which is an issue with Ryanair. Therefore, I would like absolute assurance from you that my carry-on baggage will be included in the ticket that either you or the airline changed without my permission and without any additional costs. Good morning, We purchased the following trip with reservation number [redacted]7. The first leg Milan-Rome on Alitalia flight AZ2021 did not depart due to a technical issue during take-off. As a result, we missed all connections, and since our ticket was not with Alitalia, they did not assist us. We tried to reach out to you several times, but without success, despite your claim of being available 24 hours. Without your assistance, we attempted to contact the airlines to resolve the situation, but they did not help. As we had already booked and paid for a tour, hotel, transfers, and guides in Madagascar, the only solution was to buy new plane tickets for a total of €[redacted]. I have two bookings for the same flight, purchased at different times, both with insurance. The airline is offering an 18-hour layover, which is not acceptable as it disrupts our plans. They are only providing $30 to reschedule, but my insurance covers up to £6,[redacted] for flight changes. They want me to pay more for a suitable flight, but I expect my insurance to fulfill its purpose. The mistake was on their end as the layover time hasn't changed since I bought the tickets 3 1/2 months ago. I paid for the insurance for situations like this, and I urge them to honor it and get us to our destination without extra charges.

I am very upset about my son's recent travel experience with Kiwi. His flight from London to Budapest was delayed, causing him to miss his connecting flight to Podgorica, Montenegro. This led to a series of stressful events, including staying overnight in a hotel and enduring a 20-hour bus journey to reach his final destination. As a mother, I was deeply concerned for his safety, especially being on a long bus ride with individuals who may harbor negative feelings towards his ethnicity. I am extremely disappointed with Kiwi's handling of the situation and the lack of customer service available through a toll-free number. I demand a resolution for my son's return trip to the United States without any further delays or issues. I expect a supervisor to contact me promptly at the provided number. Failure to address this matter adequately may result in legal action. I await your response.

On July 26, [redacted], we made flight bookings for August [redacted] and paid for them via credit card. The payment was processed right away. However, we have yet to receive any flight confirmations. The email we provided during booking was incorrect, and we are unable to log in to our Kiwi account using the recommended methods. We are unable to access our account to update the email address, and correcting it won't work as emails cannot be delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to receive SMS messages.

I had a confirmed flight to Quito, Ecuador from Copenhagen, Denmark on April 2, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my oldest brother passed away from cancer, and I had to go to Ecuador earlier than planned. Upon my return to the Faroe Islands, I contacted your agency to request a refund for my unused ticket. I provided the death certificate of my brother that I received in Ecuador, but it seems it was not sufficient. Hello, my name is Yousef Farhan. I had booked a flight from Luton to Amman through Kiwi on 1/8/[redacted]. We landed in Vilnius airport on 2/8 to catch another flight to Amman with Ryanair. Unfortunately, they refused to let my son, Karam Farhan, on the flight because his passport validity was less than six months. We were unable to continue our journey and had to stay in Vilnius airport, feeling disappointed and hopeless. I had to book a flight back home to Luton, which cost me [redacted]€. Now that I'm back home, our holiday was ruined, and I feel like all the money spent on flights, baggage, and more was wasted. Hello, I made a round trip flight booking for my daughter, Kimberly, traveling to Mallorca, Spain from Portugal. Initially, she selected a higher fare to include luggage on the plane. However, during check-in, she discovered additional charges for checked baggage per leg of the journey. Consequently, she decided to only carry a personal item and a cabin bag to reduce costs, leaving behind necessary items for her trip. Although there were cheaper fares available without luggage, we opted for the higher fare to include baggage. The layover time provided was only one hour and 35 minutes, making it incredibly difficult to transfer my luggage, clear customs, and go through security to catch my next flight to Valencia. Despite my best efforts, I missed my connecting flight due to the unrealistic schedule set by Kiwi. I believe that Kiwi should have been more mindful of ensuring feasible connecting flights when they made my booking, rather than setting me up for failure with an unattainable timeline. I feel that the responsibility falls on Kiwi as the booking agency to schedule flights that are reasonably possible to make. I adamantly refuse to accept responsibility for missing my flight and will not pay for the fare, given the circumstances.

I booked a flight from Inverness to Orlando with my two daughters, with a connection through Gatwick. The original departure time from Inverness was at 7 am, but it was changed to 7:30 and then to 8:15. We were not able to check in online at Gatwick and missed the last check-in for the Orlando flight due to the delay. We were told by British Airways that they were not obligated to change our booking. Our only options were to pay £[redacted] each for standby or book new flights at £[redacted] each. After a stressful experience, we managed to get on a standby flight but had to pay an extra £[redacted], which was very distressing. I am seeking a refund of the £[redacted] I had to pay.

I purchased a round-trip ticket from Oslo to Stuttgart for travel from July 28th to August 7th through finn.no and booked with Kiwi.com. My booking number is [redacted]5. However, I encountered difficulties checking in online for my extra luggage. Although I paid 23 euros for luggage to Krakow, I received no assistance for the return journey from Krakow to Oslo. Despite my offers to pay, the Eurowings staff at the airport refused to check my luggage through to Oslo. This led to delays and confusion during check-in with Wizzair. The inexperienced staff initially failed to help, and we were left to manage the situation ourselves. Security checkpoint chaos resulted in the disposal of our liquid items, incurring an additional cost of almost 50 euros. Missing the flight forced me to purchase a new ticket for [redacted].34 kr. Furthermore, expenses for food, drinks, and a taxi in Krakow totaled [redacted] kr due to the missed bus. I am disappointed with the poor handling of the situation and request a prompt response and full reimbursement of all incurred expenses.

Hello Team, I am disappointed that I missed my connecting flight to Singapore due to a delay in the flight timings. Flight # SG [redacted] with the scheduled departure time of 00:15 from Mumbai to Chennai at 02:15 was delayed. The flight took off at 2:00 and landed in Chennai at 3:45 at the domestic airport. It took 40 minutes for me to reach terminal 4 for my boarding point for flight # 6E51, which was scheduled to depart at 4:30. As I needed to get the boarding pass first, then go through immigration check, I missed this flight. I had to book another flight at a cost of Rs 16,[redacted]/- (INR). Greetings, I purchased an airline ticket from Amsterdam to Catania with a layover in Venice from you. Unfortunately, the Venice to Catania flight was canceled, and I received no information about it.
