The issue in GetHuman-mojdehib's own words
Hello, my Kiwi booking number was ********. **The first flight from STL to MCO (With Frontier Airlines) went just fine. **The second flight from MCO to LGW (With Norwegian air UK) was canceled. This caused me to miss my third flight which would have been from LGW to LIS (with TAP Airlines). **Really dissatisfied with Norwegian. Having to cancel a flight is one thing but the way they handled several things really exacerbated situation:***) The cancellation was more of a slow kill than just canceling early on. The initially scheduled departure of *:** PM was supposedly only being postponed. The postponements occurred ** to ** times, however, before they finally announced the flight canceled at about **pm. It would have been a lot easier emotionally and would have allowed for some actual rest if they would have just canceled a couple of hours after the scheduled departure. ***) When they finally did cancel the flight and announced that they would be issuing hotel vouchers, it took them another three hours to actually get the vouchers to us. I didn’t make it to the hotel room until * AM. ***) The rescheduled flight the next day had been scheduled for **AM and the representatives insisted that passengers arrive three hours prior (not the two hours I understand to be the requirement for international flights) so we had to be at the airport at * AM. This rescheduled flight didn’t actually takeoff until *:** PM, however. (Another * *** hour delay) **I had to pay for my flight from LGW to LIS out of pocket. This was rather pricey since I had to pay last minute fares. I additionally lost reservations for events I had pre-paid for what was to be my first day in Lisbon. **Hoping to be able to hold Norwegian responsible for their unprofessionalism and that there is a standard compensation I can claim.
