The issue in GetHuman-shawalke's own words
I booked my flights to and from Budapest under booking number ********. I called customer services and added * ***kg cabin bags to the booking as the air lingus flight on the way out had cabin bags but the flight home did not. I was charged £**.** for the first bag then £**.** for the second bag. This was taken out of my account. I have now arrived at the airport and Ryan air have said only one bag was booked on and charged me £** to book my second bag on which I have already paid for though kiwi!!!! This caused major delays at the airport as I had to leave the queue to go and pay for a bag that I already paid for with your company. I expect a full refund of the amount I have had to pay today and compensation as this is appalling. I rand kiwi * times to confirm the return flight had * bags booked on and the nowny was charged and confirmed and taken. Could someone get back to me asap on this!!!
GetHuman-shawalke did not yet indicate what Kiwi.com should do to make this right.
