While booking our ticket, we paid extra for our luggage for both ways. However we had to pay again for our luggage at the airport as they never receive any payments from you guys. Kindly have our money refunded back for the luggage we paid. We could also provide you a copy of the receipt along with our bank statement reflecting the payment made at the airport for check in the luggage. You could find the booking with this email address. Destination was Toronto to Nassau and back to Toronto. *Thank you.
