This is fourth claim that I made.*currently I have a live booking (*********) *this is not a matter.*my claims is as belows.*when i booked at first, even though i booked *********,*at that time you charged two times from my account.*the amount is $***.** and $***.***so i made a claim and then got a refund of $***.** but you have't returned $***.** yet.*clearly this is not a double booking.*you should return the exacy money without decreasing any penny because of your fault as a broker company.*if it is needed, i will send a bank statement and e-mails that i sent.*I don't want waste my time.**i'd appreciate for your care
