The issue in GetHuman-alicefm's own words
I have not received my booking confirmation after several hours, and a screen shot of the "payment was successful" screen confirms that my email address was entered correctly. I did not provide a phone number because the screen would not accept my U.S. number. I cannot sign into Manage my Booking because the confirmation number is required for that, but I have no confirmation number if my issue is that I never received a confirmation! I have, by the way, checked my spam folder. My confirmation is not there.
GetHuman-alicefm did not yet indicate what Kiwi.com should do to make this right.
