Hi, I was flying on Wow air from Reykjavik to Brussels and I was told I had to pay the price of $**.** (**,*** Icelandic Krona). However, my bag was within the required restrictions of ** x ** x ** cm, as evidenced by it being fine to fly with Wow air from Detroit to Reykjavik, and with Ryanair from Brussels to Barcelona with this bag. I would like to request a full or at least partial refund. If we can communicate by email this would be best.
