I wrote out an email which I was going to send to kiwi.com that explains my issue. I’ll copy and paste it into here. Thanks. **To whom it may concern,**I am writing to complain about a recent journey I took with kiwi.com. I was flying from Dublin to Sydney starting on ********. This journey included a flight from Moscow to Shanghai. This flight was late to arrive in Shanghai by * hour. This left only an hour and a half to get to the next flight. At this stopover I was changing airlines so I had to collect my bag, recheck it in, and get my next boarding passes. **I tried my best to rush through everything and eventually I got to the desk but checkin was shut and I couldn’t board the flight. There was however another couple with me at the time and because they were sent their “boarding passes” in advance (even though it said at the top ‘this is not a boarding pass’) they were able to get on the flight. I had not been sent this for this flight and so couldn’t get on the plane.**After a VERY annoying and stressful situation I contacted kiwi.com to get another flight and was told it would be emailed to me within *-* hours. I waited for this email and to this day it hasn’t come. I only had a missed call from kiwi FOURTEEN HOURS after my original call. *I was left to resolve this issue myself as kiwi.com were not getting back to me. **Due to the delay I arrived a day late (it would have been even later if I waited for a flight from kiwi) and I missed a night of the accommodation which I had previously booked with friends in Sydney. **I cannot begin to explain to you how upsetting this trip was and how anxious I still am about taking long flights due to it. It really put a fear into me for flying which I have never had before. **I have lost out on a lot of money because I had to resolve the issue by myself as kiwi.com did not get back to me regarding flights. I believe I should be compensated as I had to pay for my own flights to get to Sydney in time for Christmas. **I look forward to your reply this time.
