KIWI .COM**Complaints Department****Dear Sir*Madam**PROBLEMS WITH KIWI.COM E-TICKET BOOKING CONFIRMATION NUMBER ******* FOR ROCHEL SINGER**I have contacted you by email but have not received any reply so I am trying again usinng your Voice of Issue Steps * and **.**Please see below copies of the E-Ticket information and ticket sent to me by email for my daughter Rochel Singer’s trip from Manchester to Poland and from Poland to Israel on **th August **** using to book flights with Ryanair.**Kiwi did not tell us that I had to check in with Ryanair online.**When I arrived at the airport, I discovered that Kiwi had not informed Ryanair about the booking confirmation and of the baggage check in. Further, the booking confirmation number did not match with the Ryanair booking reservation. Further, the email provided to (which was provided when the tickets were booked through them (*****@***.com) did not match the computer generated email provided to Ryanair to confirm the booking.
