My husband and I purchased a flight through Kiwi from Dublin to London Gatwick. The flight was on Ryanair on ******* at ****. Our booking number for reference is ********. We attempted to check in using Kiwi the day prior to our flight. Due to the fact we had no confirmation number we were unable to check in online. When we got to the airport Ryanair charged us ** euros each to check in at the airport. Being that it was because we were unable to check in due to a Kiwi related issue I would really appreciate a refund for the *** euros we wasted checking in at the airport. I have a receipt that was given to me by Ryanair and am happy to send it to whoever needs it.
