*) I bought tickets from Vienna to Los Angeles via London and from Los Angeles to Newark. I have been charged as follows: *$***.** on ****$***.** on ****$***.** on *****$***.** on ******) I should only be charged for one trip from Vienna to Los Angeles via London and one trip from Los Angeles to Newark.**) I cancelled my Newark flight well within the grace period and should have received a credit for that cancellation.**) I have not be able to speak with a person about this and have had to follow the not always clear Internet instructions.*Please assist me with my credit.
