contact Kiwi Airlines to correct the problem. ... I am contacting you regarding booking *********, Nancy Jean Farhad. I accidentally typed in Farhas as my last name and it needs to be changed and the ticket re-issued to match my passport. Also, I cannot get into my booking even though all the information is correct, it keeps telling me the information doesn't match their records (booking *, email used for reservation, IATA airport code and date of travel.
Change the name from Farhas to Farhad, this was a typo on my end.
There is nothing else to try, Kiwi help center doesn't recognize the PNR info, no phone, no chat, no nada!
