I need to cancel my booking no. ******** Due to your inability to confirm the tickets. I have called multiple times, and each time was told the same thing by your representatives, that they are attempting to get ahold of the airline and would resolve the issue in *-* hours or *-* hours, and they have stated that they would either call me back or email me with updates. I have received no calls or emails, and have been forced to call repeatedly to try to resolve this issue. It has been over a week since I paid for these tickets, and your website says it should take no longer than * hours to confirm. I needed the tickets immediately to apply for a visa, so I am incapable of waiting any longer. Your representatives have not made any attempt to maintain communication as they stated they would, and it seems no progress has been made. I have attempted to cancel the tickets online, but the Request Cancellation tab does not work. I called and told a representative that I wanted to cancel, and she stated that she had to relay it to someone else, and that I should be called or emailed back in *-* hours, and I have serious doubt that I will receive anything from your company. I need this booking cancelled immediately so I can make arrangements through another booking company. Please contact me at **-***-***-****, or *****@***.com.
