Help with my Kiwi.com issue

The issue in GetHuman-sandyalp's own words
we bought a flight with you *******.oh boarding pass firstly.said only allowed.** kg each plus * each hand luggage.that was on our confirmation letter so as it was not on the boarding pass i had to pay for a * kg bag, or leave it, so we were forced to leave it there as i would not pay more money this was ,on the way back . secondly got to the airport * hour before flight we were kept waiting around ,with no formation at about the fact that our flight was cancelled .then at about * in the morning we were told they taking us to hotel we ll have a flight * am in the morning to mad rid .they took us to a hotel over a thousand people ,only had room for ** people. told to wait around there my husbands diabetic had not been given any food or water and was told as we never had a room we wont get breakfast,and there was no facility to buy any thing , in the morning .this was dreadful we were also told fill out information they put it in a hat see who else could get room after that they said well there s no room , husband took a water they wanted him pay ** dam for it .after a big fight they finally moved us to another hotel this hotel was dirty no water but we at lest slept .they once again never only breakfast ** i was not lucky enough neither was my husband or son we had to fight to get transport back to airport and fight for flight Madrid they would not let us use there WiFi to try sort out other flight from Madrid as we now missed that flight .they were so rude and treated us like animals ,i payed extra seat all the way and never got it and was luck to get home at all , husband was told only to take enough med for the time he there so he was without insulin, no one up dated us in fact we got home purely because we fought,in fact they treated us like they were going to pretend we never existed. i feel you should also have checked that everything was okay with flight s,i want my money back and the extra i payed for the seats i never got ,
