Hello, i booked the flight through Kiwi.com and since it was much cheaper, I changed the travel plan according to this flight schedule. I called the card conpamy and flight operator (Korean Air) and I could confirm that seat was confirmed and payment was approved accordingly.**However suddenly, in this morning, which is one day prior to the flight, Kiwi.com replied that there was "technical issue" that can't book my flight. I am totally embarassed right now and I should pay almost $*** to change the flight. Can't believe this. How come you cancel the flight and payment even though all were confirmed? Why do I have to pay $*** not because of my fault?..
GetHuman-vegarmn did not yet indicate what Kiwi.com should do to make this right.
