I booked my itinerary ******** and found out later that it’s a cabin only itinerary. I called Kiwi customer service * times, each time for * hour discussing the issue with agents and supervisors. They promised to check the possibility and cost of including bags into my itinerary in order to avoid paying huge amounts at airport checkins. So far I received nothin and I just boarded my *th flight in the itinerary and paid so far ***euros worth of baggage checkin. I need this resolved immediately as I’m not ready to pay baggage again for my * remaining flights in the itinerary.
