My daughter had booked a flight with you in May for June * departure. Booking number ***-**** her name is Sasha Ongley. She had surgery on May ** and the doctor said she couldn’t fly for three weeks so she had to push it back a week. I called and spoke with you guys and now I’m not able to call because when the booking goes and it’s past so it won’t let me in. Anyway you promised a refund you wanted a letter from the doctor you don’t like the first one he wrote another one we don’t have stamps on our letters in America like you have an England so there’s no stamp there’s just doctors letters. We did exactly as you said we sent you the letters we canceled it rather than paying a booking fee and then rebook another one and she flew on your booking a week later. I should not have to pay twice. My daughter had a terrible experience been drugged and kidnapped in Madrid and we had to get her medevac home and I have $**,*** on my credit card so I don’t need to pay for two flights when she took one and you promised a medical refund with the letter and I did exactly as you instructed and we paid a little bit more in the second flight which was fine please email me or call me at ***-***-**** as soon as possible because I just put it on the Bank of America card and they can contact you either . And I don’t wanna have to get a lawyer and I don’t want to have to give you bad reviews and I can’t pay for two flights under the circumstances so please do as you said and refund this flight
