I sent two e-mails to confirm that Ryanair is aware of my reservation and I also spread the word in Facebook. I cannot contact them in any other way. ... Good evening, I have booked a flight with return for me and my partner and, although I paid, I cannot check-in online in Ryanair's website, as they do not accept my booking numbers. I have sent an e-mail to Kiwi.com twice today and I also e-mailed Ryanair, but I did not receive any answer. The reservation number is *******. It is very important that I receive the boarding pass tomorrow, as I am taking the train to Dusseldorf from the Netherlands. I have already paid.

I am new, but I have arranged two different journeys through their website. I expected professionalism. Right now I am thinking of cancelling my net journey.
