Re booking * *******: I had a missed flight due to late arrival of the connecting flight, and Kiwi put me in an overnight hotel and re-booked me for flights the next day. They told me to save receipts for meals, taxis to and from the hotel and train from Gatwick to Luton airport. My question is where to mail receipts and file for re-imbur*****t on these items.
I trust that Kiwi.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
