I booked a flight and paied for it already, but I haven’t received a confirmation or a ticket from Kiwi.com yet. So I wrote an e-mail to the Kiwi customer care and the reply I get is that they are busy and it will take a week to respond to me. My flight is supposed to leave in * days though! I need a confirmation and the ticket as soon as possible!!! I need to be able to make reliable plans!
I trust that Kiwi.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
