I booked the flight around February that goes to Boracay on **th May and noticed on March that the island would be closed down. I have contacted them several times but all I got was suggestions for some partial refunds. Clearly, they hadn't noticed that the flight was cancelled. And that was the reason that I couldn't submit the refund form earlier: they were ignoring the kiwi guarantee.**I tried to tell them that the island was closed by telling them my live-chat results with the cancelled airlines. However, even after sending them several emails, they still had no result for me. They said that they will look into this case and reply back in two weeks time, but that never occurred. I waited and waited but with no outcome. If they told me to submit the refund application instead of telling me to wait, I would have totally done that. **Finally, not receiving any good information but wasting my time on emails, I've submitted the refund request. But even way after ** days, they still had no news for me. They even promised to me give me follow-up emails when I called them two weeks ago, which they completely ignored.
GetHuman-jbjeff did not yet indicate what Kiwi.com should do to make this right.
